Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- CPR certification
- First Aid certification
- Knowledge of recreation equipment
- Certification or training required by local and state agencies
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 25 pounds unaided and heavier with assistance
- Ability to perform physical activities including bending, twisting, pulling, and reaching
- Ability to work in confined or elevated spaces
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow company policies and safety guidelines

- Serve as key resource for recreation activities on property
- Provide information to guests about recreation facilities
- Encourage, recruit, register, and schedule guests for recreation activities
- Promote fun and relaxing atmosphere
- Enforce rules and regulations for safety
- Respond to emergencies and provide assistance
- Provide cashier services for point of sale transactions
- Assist in hosting private group activities and events
- Report accidents and unsafe conditions
- Maintain cleanliness of recreational facilities and equipment
- Follow company policies and ensure professional appearance
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests
- Assist guests with disabilities
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Process payments for rentals and retail sales
- Comply with quality assurance standards
- Perform physical tasks related to job duties
