Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- CPR certification
- First Aid certification
- Knowledge and ability to use recreation equipment
- Certification or training as required by local and state agencies
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 25 pounds independently and heavier objects with assistance
- Ability to perform fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to move through confined or elevated spaces
- Ability to navigate sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
- Ability to comply with company policies and procedures
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent

- Knowledge of recreation equipment
- Certification or training required by local and state agencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Serve as a key resource for all recreation activities facilitated on the property
- Provide information to guests about available recreation facilities
- Encourage, recruit, register, and schedule guests to participate in recreation activities
- Promote fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests
- Promote rules and regulations for safety and welfare
- Observe activities and respond to emergencies according to procedure
- Provide cashier services for point of sales transactions
- Assist with private functions and group events
- Inform supervisor of guests unable to safely participate
- Provide assistance to injured guests until emergency services arrive
- Clean and maintain recreational facilities, equipment and supplies
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Welcome and assist guests including those with disabilities
- Process payments for rentals and sales
- Comply with quality assurance standards
- Read and verify information
- Visual inspection of tools and equipment
- Use computers and point of sale systems
- Perform physical tasks including lifting and moving objects
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested
