Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in recreation or related field
- three years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ability to maintain a valid arizona driver license
- certification in community infant, child, adult cpr, and first aid within six months of hire
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a high-volume organized program environment
- passion for aquatics and staff development

Job Duties
- lead and expand swim lesson programs and water safety initiatives
- develop and coordinate citywide aquatic programs
- prepare and coordinate master schedules
- recruit, train, and supervise part-time staff and volunteers
- manage program budgets and compile reports
- oversee aquatic facility operations and ensure safety compliance
- provide quality customer service
