Job Requirements
- Two years post-high school education in Physical Education, Leisure Studies, Recreation, or related field or two years experience in recreation programming or event coordination
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with staff, volunteers, and community partners
- Detail-oriented with initiative and a positive, outgoing approach
Job Qualifications
- Two years post-high school education in Physical Education, Leisure Studies, Recreation, or related field or two years experience in recreation programming or event coordination

- Valid Indiana Driver's License if operating City vehicle
- First Aid and CPR certification within two weeks of hire provided by City
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams
- Ability to manage schedules, spreadsheets, participant tracking, and event documentation
Job Duties
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate all Senior Games events, venues, and logistics
- Recruit, train, and support volunteers and event coordinators
- Prepare equipment, supplies, registration materials, and participant records
- Track attendance, scores, and results and compile final reports and evaluations
- Coordinate marketing materials, ceremonies, awards, and participant communications
