Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare or related field
- Three years of experience providing direct care to intellectually and/or developmentally disabled individuals
- Supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership aptitude
- Valid Florida Driver’s license with good driving record for the last 3 years
- Knowledge of AHCA regulations is a plus
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes and make sound judgments independently under pressure
Job Qualifications

- Three years of experience providing direct care to intellectually and/or developmentally disabled individuals
- Supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership aptitude

Job Duties
- Develop, organize, and lead recreational programs and activities throughout the year
- Plan and organize special events such as Field Day, Halloween party, and Annual Snow Ball
- Maintain knowledge of residents' preferences, abilities, and limitations
- Coordinate and manage budgets and inventories for weekly and monthly activities
- Maintain accurate records of activities, community outings, and resident participation
- Provide orientation and training to staff and volunteers
- Plan and lead community outings, including organizing logistics and occasionally serving as driver
