Job Duties
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide information about recreational activities, programs, and amenities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station
- Assist guests with inquiries, resolve issues, and offer personalized recommendations
- Collaborate with the recreation team to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking merchandise
- Adhere to cash handling procedures and maintain confidentiality
