Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED equivalent, or currently attending high school
- must be sixteen (16) years of age or older
- Texas Driver's License
- experience working with youth and people of diverse backgrounds
- ability to work with only general direction and with minimal supervision
- excellent interpersonal skills
- willingness and availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays

- experience in event planning, sports tournaments, and hospitality (preferred)
Job Duties
- Assist with the planning, preparation, and participation of Visit College Station events
- help promote College Station by being knowledgeable, friendly, and sharing about community assets
- provide welcome and hospitality support, customer service and information to visitors
- maintain and track promotional inventory and equipment to include tournament equipment and golf cart operation
- utilize the CRM (Content Relationship Manager) system to communicate with partners and track group data
- provide support with extracurricular departmental activities and special events including but not limited to performing related set-up/clean-up activities prior to and after events, stocking and delivering coolers, and providing other related events/activities support as needed
- perform other related duties as assigned and/or required
