Job Requirements
- Must be at least 15 years of age
- May be required to have a valid Arizona Driver's License
- Food handler's permit or county health department certificate may be required
- Arizona liquor law Title 4 training may be required
- Ability to perform physical tasks involving bending, reaching, stooping, and lifting
- Must maintain confidentiality
- Must be agreeable to working rotating shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- No specific educational or experience requirements
- Some customer service or maintenance experience or participation in group programs is preferred
- Must be at least 15 years of age
- Knowledge of city policies governing recreational facilities and programs
- Knowledge of rules for athletic games and sporting competitions
- Skill in overseeing activities and promoting safety
- Effective customer service and communication skills
- Ability to establish and maintain working relationships
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Job Duties
- Assists patrons in the use of golf course, golf carts and driving range
- Checks carts for damage or mechanical problems
- Removes trash, cleans carts and refuels carts as needed
- Schedules golf carts for servicing and assists mechanics with repairs
- Keeps records on charging, maintenance and breakdowns of carts
- Replaces non-operating carts on courses as needed
- Cleans and maintains cart shed
- Assists customers by answering routine questions
- Prepares and sells food, beverages, admissions, and merchandise to customers
