Job Requirements
- Possess related work experience demonstrating ability to perform the duties of the position

Job Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to perform duties related to fitness facility operations
- Experience in customer service and patron engagement
- Knowledge of fitness equipment and facility maintenance
- Ability to assist with event setup and publicity
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
Job Duties
- Assist the Facility Manager in overall operation of the fitness facility
- Circulate among patrons to assure service is satisfactory
- Provide information and general instruction on the use of equipment, facilities, and machinery
- Assist in setting up for instructors, contractors, events, athletic activities, and related functions
- Perform facility cleanliness and monitor contracts
- Assist with publicity of programs and events
- Issue and receive equipment to authorized users
- Monitor fitness equipment condition
- Track maintenance, repair, or replacement
- Clean and perform minor maintenance on facility equipment
