Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- first aid/CPR certification required within 90 days
- experience working or managing day spa or recovery center
- excellent communication and selling skills
- proficient computer skills
- ability to perform physical activities including bending, kneeling, lifting up to 50 pounds
- able to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Maintain a well-stocked and safe recovery area
- adhere to Villa Sport standards and task checklists
- manage the appointment system efficiently
- guide members to suitable recovery services
- provide 5-star customer service consistently
- communicate effectively with members and team
- support the Recovery and Spa Supervisor in daily tasks
