Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience working in or managing a day spa or recovery center
- Proficient computer skills
- First aid/CPR certificate required within 90 days of hire
- Ability to perform occasional bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, and balance frequently
- Ability to perform repetitive phone and computer work
- Ability to work standing for extended periods
- Responsible and self-motivated
- Outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills

Job Duties
- Maintain a well-stocked and safe recovery area
- Adhere to Villa Sport standards and task checklists
- Execute responsibilities under the supervision of the Recovery and Spa Supervisor
- Manage the appointment system efficiently
- Guide members to suitable recovery services
- Surpass member expectations with a cheerful and positive demeanor
- Ensure the recovery area is welcoming and organized
