Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- first aid/CPR certificate required within 90 days of hire
- experience working for or managing a day spa or recovery center
- ability to perform occasional bending, kneeling, lifting up to 50 pounds
- frequent standing, walking, reaching, and balancing
- repetitive phone and computer work
- able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time

- proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software efficiently
- experience working in or managing a day spa or recovery center
- experience in a high-end, high-touch service-oriented business is a plus

Job Duties
- maintain a well-stocked and safe recovery area
- adhere to Villa Sport standards and task checklists
- execute responsibilities under the supervision of the Recovery and Spa Supervisor
- manage the appointment system efficiently
- guide members to suitable recovery and spa services
- surpass member expectations with consistently cheerful demeanor
- assist with administrative and operational tasks related to recovery services
