Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, climbing, crawling, pulling, reaching, stooping, and lifting up to 30 pounds
Ability to move quickly and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment
Experience with inventory stocking or retail preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Basic math and reading skills

Job Duties

Provide members with prompt and courteous service and assistance
Replenish, refill, stock, and straighten merchandise
Ensure proper signage of merchandise
Keep sales floor clean, neat and fully organized
Remove empty cardboard from sales floor, shelves, and display cases, and use cardboard baler for disposal
Return all returned and re-shop merchandise to sales floor
Maintain all club policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed
Ensure regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
