Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
ability to move continuously on hard surfaces
ability to bend, climb, crawl, pull, reach, stoop and climb ladders or step stools
capable of lifting up to 30 pounds frequently
able to lift and move heavy and/or awkward objects more than 30 pounds with assistance
experience using a pallet jack to pull and push pallets
ability to work in indoor and outdoor temperatures, including extreme temperatures in freezers and coolers
strong communication skills
commitment to honesty, integrity and member service
availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

strong interpersonal skills
attention to detail

Job Duties

Provide members with prompt and courteous service and assistance
replenish, refill, stock, and straighten merchandise
ensure proper signage of merchandise
keep sales floor clean, neat and fully organized
replenish milk, dairy, freezer, food, and non-food merchandise
fold and organize apparel, books, and other merchandise
remove empty cardboard from the sales floor, shelves, and display cases
use cardboard baler to dispose of cardboard
return all returned and re-shop merchandise to the sales floor
maintain all club policies and procedures
perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed
ensure regular, predictable, full attendance
