Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years related work experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent customer service ability
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work efficiently

Job Duties

  • Greets and directs vendors, customers, job applicants and other visitors
  • Answers, screens and routes incoming calls
  • Operates fax machines, scanners, printers and copiers
  • Notifies employees when customers and visitors arrive
  • Assists job applicants who have arrived for interviews
  • Assists customers and visitors in operation of lobby phone for outgoing calls
  • Pages employees or other personnel when necessary
  • Receives incoming packages for disbursement within company
  • Sets up prospect and customer files
  • Assists service team with assembly of marketing materials, proposals, and presentations
  • Performs data entry in the agency management system
  • Orders and prepares loss runs and motor vehicle reports as directed
  • Processes insurance certificates
  • Complies with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information)
  • Other duties as assigned
