Job Duties

  • Answer all incoming service department calls and walk-ins with minimal consultation with technicians
  • Work with customers to resolve complaints and issues
  • Utilize strong organizational and customer service skills to order parts and support service technicians
  • Handle all shipping and receiving duties
  • Build, update, and complete work orders
  • Maintain repair log to ensure efficiency and prevent delays
  • Monitor open work orders and parts order status and follow up with service techs
  • Follow triage process to speed check-in and diagnosis
  • Check in equipment daily to keep workflow moving
  • Establish priorities for customer service requests and coordinate with management
  • Keep all service and repair equipment tagged according to call tag/ribbon system
  • Accept repair payments, manage safe and register, make bank deposits and cash orders
