  • Proven work experience as a receptionist or front office representative
  • Basic proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome
  • Answer and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Update customer information
  • Collect and record payments
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
