- At least three years in an office support role
- Two years of customer service experience
- Availability for day shift
- Ability to work in person without remote option

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred

Job Duties
- Answer and route calls
- take messages
- Schedule appointments accurately to reflect endodontist's schedule
- Greet patients and other visitors
- Email and text communication with patients
- Work with insurances to get patients benefits, accurately create quotes for patients treatment
- Work flawlessly in tandem with other team members and uphold a culture of "work family"
