Job Duties
- Assist the GM, Director of Sales, Multimedia Sales Manager, and Media Executives in order entry and maintenance
- Pull and provide detailed reports for management, as well as sales staff and clients
- Support the local sales team as needed
- Entry of broadcast and digital orders when needed
- Organizing and maintaining a high level of customer service on an ongoing basis
- Verifying the accuracy of orders
- Pulling monthly proof of performance reports for clients
- Cover the front desk, answer phones, and greet customers
