Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years experience in a veterinary receptionist role
- experience in financial reporting End-of-Day reconciliation and conflict resolution
- experience with practice management software Cornerstone
- preferably experience in leadership roles
- familiarity with veterinary terminology and protocols
- proficient in teamwork and customer service
- strong multitasking and organization skills
- experience with multi-line telephone systems
- attention to detail excellent communication skills
- supervisory and staff scheduling abilities
- basic math skills for cash handling and accounting
- strong interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Supervise receptionists including hiring evaluating and enforcing policies
- schedule receptionists as per staffing needs and provide backup when necessary
- address client complaints escalating issues to the Hospital Manager
- manage specialist scheduling and handle financial transactions
- process refunds returns credits and payment plans
- generate billing statements assist with collections and prepare end-of-month reports
- serve as a backup to the Hospital Manager for building maintenance
- perform other assigned tasks by the Manager
