Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Successfully complete MVR background check and pre-employment drug test
- Previous receptionist experience
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong computer skills including inventory control software Internet and Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexibility in schedule to accommodate business needs

- Ability to maintain professional appearance
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings
Job Duties
- Answer phones in a professional manner within three rings and transfer customers promptly to appropriate destination
- Take messages from customers when desired person is unable to be reached or at customer request
- Greet and accommodate walk-in customers promptly providing timely friendly professional service
- Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests asking questions to identify needs and resolving customer concerns
- Maintain a professional appearance always
- Call customers when license plates come in and keep a license plate log to ensure accuracy
- Handle and drive all cars safely to protect dealership property and always ensure damage prevention
- Drive off-site to do dealership tasks when necessary
- Perform other duties as assigned
