Job Requirements

  • Have one to three years of experience providing administrative support
  • possess proficient typing and data entry skills
  • be skilled in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word and Excel
  • show initiative and flexibility while contributing positively as a team member
  • exhibit outstanding customer service and communication abilities
  • capably handle multiple projects at once in a productive way
  • maintain strong organizational skills and adjust well to new situations
  • be able to lift up to 20 lbs

Job Duties

  • Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel or locations
  • handling all phone calls, messages, and correspondence promptly and professionally
  • sorting and distributing mail to ensure timely communication within the organization
  • managing and resolving account-related issues for various operational services
  • providing support for account-related projects and initiatives to help ensure operational standards are met
  • conducting research, compiling, and analyzing data for special projects and reports as needed
