Job Duties

  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to appropriate associates
  • Welcome and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage mail distribution and flow of correspondence
  • Requisition and maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Perform various general clerical duties to support office operations
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain organized records and files
