Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred
- ability to work Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM with flexibility
- willingness to learn spa procedures and retail software
- strong organizational skills
- proficiency in Spanish and English
- dependable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- Bi-lingual in Spanish and English
- intermediate computer skills
- familiarity with Square software
- basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- ability to learn and manage social media platforms, especially Instagram
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Job Duties
- Greeting clients and hospitality
- completing checkout transactions in Square
- booking appointments
- reviewing next day schedule to ensure credit card is on file
- confirming next day appointments for those not automatically confirmed
- receiving product inventory and logging into Square
- monitoring client e-mails, screening and responding
- folding robes and towels
- assisting with social media management, specifically Instagram
