Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years related experience
- Knowledge of MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel and Adobe Professional
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail oriented with excellent grammar and spelling
- Ability to multi-task in fast-paced, team environment
- Experience with multi-line switchboard and PC skills required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent along with 2 years of related experience
- Professional services experience preferred
- Exceptional technical skills including knowledge of MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel, and Adobe Professional
- Strong organizational, communication and client service skills
- Must be detailed oriented, excellent grammar and spelling skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Provide outstanding customer service and have the ability to work in a team environment
- Experience with multi-line switchboard and entry-level PC skills
Job Duties
- Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate party in a timely manner
- Welcome visitors upon arrival and announce them to respective attorneys, legal assistants, and other support staff in a timely manner
- Maintain visitor's log, accept/sort mail and packages
- Oversee Maricopa County Trip Reduction Program for the firm
- Create weekly reception schedule
- Maintain a clean and organized reception environment at all times
- Assist hospitality as needed with preparing for events, such as internal visitor arrivals and client meetings
- Maintain and update internal staff documentation such as reception directory, photo directory, reception training manuals, and internal visitor reports
- Manage and keep notary files up to date, including tracking notary expiration dates and filing applications
- Provide additional support and perform other duties as assigned
