Job Requirements
- Equivalent to three years of administrative support experience
- ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- knowledge of office software including Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Teams
- ability to engage with diverse ethnic and cultural campus communities
- ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- capability to follow university safety, civility, information security, and non-discrimination policies
- ability to perform sedentary work involving sitting with occasional standing, walking, and lifting light objects up to 10 pounds
- willingness to work full-time on a temporary appointment basis
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Serve as receptionist for the Faculty Affairs office
- greet and provide courteous customer service to visitors including faculty, staff, administrators, students, parents, community members, and vendors
- assist with routine clerical duties for the Faculty Affairs department
- manage phone communications according to established protocols
- maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- utilize office software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Teams
- follow university policies and contribute to a positive campus environment
