Job Duties

  • greet visitors and clients with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel
  • manage front desk operations including reception area appearance and organization
  • assist with scheduling appointments and managing check-in processes
  • perform filing, data entry, and document management tasks
  • facilitate general office communication and support other administrative duties as needed
  • maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff
