Job Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent or 2 years of work experience
- Preferred 6 months of work experience as a receptionist
- Excellent communication and hospitality skills
- Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
- Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations
- Working knowledge of EPIC and MS Office applications

Job Duties
- Greets and welcomes patients, staff, and visitors in a professional, warm and friendly manner
- Directs visitors to the appropriate personnel and department/office
- Promptly informs the supervisor/manager of the arrival of any regulatory agency and instructs agency representatives to remain in the front office until the designated LCMC staff member accompanies the representative
- Ensures front office is tidy and clean
- Maintains front office security by following safety procedures and controlling access
- Answers, screens and routes incoming phone calls to appropriate team member in a timely and professional manner
- Schedules internal conference room meetings by responding to and evaluating requests, monitoring conflicts, and avoiding overbooking
