Job Duties
- Answer and route all incoming telephone calls correctly
- Take messages and ensure smooth functioning of hospital switchboard and telephone communications
- Cordially greet and receive hospital guests and establish their needs
- Appropriately direct visitors within the hospital
- Assist Intake department with data entry and insurance verification
- Check faxes and perform other clerical responsibilities
- Operate Intake technology efficiently
