Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
- Strong communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Willingness to learn new technology
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Previous experience in a receptionist or HR assistant role preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, HR assistant, or similar role
- 1-2 years of HR-related experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- HRIS experience a plus
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
- Highly collaborative team player with a proven track record of partnering with others to achieve objectives
- Strong customer-service orientation with an in-service mindset
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Screen and forward voicemail messages accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Coordinate office supplies and maintain inventory
- Handle inquiries from clients, vendors, and the public
- Provide administrative support to the HR department and respond to general HR-related employee questions
- Prepare HR reports and assist with audits as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems and personnel files
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training sessions, and recognition programs
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall office operations as needed
