- 3-5 years of receptionist and/or administrative assistant experience
- proficiency in MS Office Suite

Job Duties
- Follow all laboratory procedures and policies
- answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- receive packages and process packing slips
- greet and welcome visitors upon their arrival at the office
- assist in delivering packages and samples to the office and lab
- maintain front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock
- ensure office equipment such as copiers and printers are functional
- perform data entry tasks
- keep the reception area tidy and presentable
- help plan company lunches, parties, and events as assigned
- respond to all inquiries in a courteous and helpful manner
- maintain office inventory and supplies
- complete and document all mandatory trainings, including annual safety training and other in-service training
- participate in training performed by technical representatives and seek knowledge through articles and outside laboratory training
