Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in an office environment or customer service preferred
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and willingness to learn new technology
  • strong interpersonal skills with a passion for helping people
  • ability to work well within a team and meet commitments
  • organized and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Job Duties

  • Greet, interact, and assist visitors and customers
  • answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • support the team by gathering, reviewing, and preparing documents
  • maintain accounts
  • set up appointments
  • assemble document packages
  • receive, sort and route mail
  • order and maintain office supplies and equipment
  • assist in the escrow process such as opening orders, inputting closing statement information, preparing documents for closing, handling the complete disbursement and follow-up
  • communicate regularly with customers during the escrow process flow
  • interpret various agreements as they relate to escrow closings
  • work with a variety of technologies to enable escrow transactions and assist customers to ensure a phenomenal customer experience
