Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must pass pre-employment drug test
- Previous experience in customer service and office administration
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to type 60 plus WPM
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently
- Organized with excellent time management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to type 60 plus WPM
- Previous experience in customer service and office administration

- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
- Organized and dependable with excellent time management
- Detail oriented and comfortable in fast-paced environments
- Associates degree preferred
Job Duties
- Assist onsite guests
- Assist executives, the quality department, and the outlet store as necessary
- Answer telephones and direct caller to appropriate associate
- Transfer a caller to an associate's voice mailbox when unavailable
- Greet and direct visitors to the company, assign visitor badges
- Take and retrieve messages for various personnel
- Provide company information such as address, directions, fax numbers, website
- Assist with clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying complaints and determining solutions
- Provide timely and accurate information about customer order status and product knowledge
- Process customer orders, changes, and returns according to policies
- Provide feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns
- Build sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication
- Help increase brand awareness through social media
- Keep work area clean and uncluttered
- Report safety concerns immediately
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor
