Job Duties

  • Greet, check-in, and direct guests to the appropriate person
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
  • Respond to inquiries, provide information, and resolve basic customer service issues politely and efficiently
  • Process customer return requests
  • Perform data entry tasks as assigned
  • Assist vendors, customers, and colleagues as needed
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
  • Sort mail and daily deliveries
