Job Duties

  • Greet, check-in, and direct guests to the appropriate person
  • answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
  • respond to inquiries, provide information, and resolve basic customer service issues politely and efficiently
  • process customer return requests
  • perform data entry tasks as assigned
  • assist vendors, customers & colleagues as needed
  • maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
  • sort mail and daily deliveries
