Job Requirements
- Proven experience as front desk or admin assistant
- Have a vibrant, outgoing personality both in person and on the phone
- Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail oriented and able to multi-task
- Be computer and printer fax literate especially with Microsoft Office
- Must be able to work with a multi-line phone system
- Assist with filing and office work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Handle typing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Multilingual is always a plus
- Have reliable transportation
