Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of experience in a receptionist or auditing assistant role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage a multi-line phone system
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic understanding of accounting and auditing processes
- Availability to work from 8 AM to 5 PM on the first shift

- Proficiency with multi-line phone systems and office software

Job Duties
- Serve as the main point of contact for the office, professionally greeting and assisting all clients, visitors, and vendors
- Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls and taking accurate messages
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Provide administrative support to various teams, including scheduling, correspondence, and maintaining office supplies
- Assist the accounting team with a variety of tasks, including the auditing of expense vouchers for accuracy and compliance
- Perform data entry, clerical duties, and assist with the reconciliation of financial records as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area and common space
