Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- minimum 3 years of clerical or receptionist experience
- strong computer literacy and experience with office equipment
- excellent verbal communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality

Job Duties
- scan and upload medical records into the Employee Health electronic platform
- greet visitors, employees, and applicants professionally and direct them appropriately
- answer and route incoming and interoffice calls with a courteous, efficient manner
- maintain confidentiality of employee and patient information (HIPAA compliance)
- provide general clerical and receptionist support to the HR department
- prepare packets, organize documents, and maintain office filing systems
- assist with distribution of weekly processing information to prospective employees
- pick up and distribute interoffice mail
- provide accurate information about employment opportunities and benefits
- anticipate administrative needs and support HR staff during busy/low activity periods
- uphold customer service values: respect, compassion, communication, and professionalism
- assist with special projects and additional duties assigned by the HR Manager
