Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED preferred
  • minimum 3 years of clerical or receptionist experience
  • strong computer literacy and experience with office equipment
  • excellent verbal communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality

Job Duties

  • scan and upload medical records into the Employee Health electronic platform
  • greet visitors, employees, and applicants professionally and direct them appropriately
  • answer and route incoming and interoffice calls with a courteous, efficient manner
  • maintain confidentiality of employee and patient information (HIPAA compliance)
  • provide general clerical and receptionist support to the HR department
  • prepare packets, organize documents, and maintain office filing systems
  • assist with distribution of weekly processing information to prospective employees
  • pick up and distribute interoffice mail
  • provide accurate information about employment opportunities and benefits
  • anticipate administrative needs and support HR staff during busy/low activity periods
  • uphold customer service values: respect, compassion, communication, and professionalism
  • assist with special projects and additional duties assigned by the HR Manager
