Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior administrative experience preferred
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable and professional attitude
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to company procedures
  • Basic understanding of office management and accounting principles preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Friendly, approachable demeanor with strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, taking messages when necessary
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by placing orders and verifying deliveries
  • Perform general office duties, including filing, onboarding, payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
  • Support team members with administrative tasks as needed
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and foster collaboration among staff
