Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • proficient PC skills
  • Microsoft Word and Excel
  • ability to operate switchboard
  • ability to read, write, and speak English clearly
  • previous experience with multi-line phone system preferred
  • ability to walk, stand, talk, and hear
  • ability to move freely throughout facility

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Perform receptionist duties
  • provide clerical support to the Administrative Services Coordinator
  • assist with human resources tasks
  • support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
  • assist with payroll processing
  • maintain professional and tactful communication with residents, families, and employees
  • operate multi-line phone systems
  • manage administrative tasks efficiently
  • facilitate effective interaction throughout the facility
  • ensure satisfaction and professionalism in all service encounters
