Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- proficient PC skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- ability to read, write, and speak English clearly and understandably
- experience with switchboard operation
- ability to walk, stand, talk, hear, and move freely throughout the facility
- willingness to work in a diverse, inclusive work environment
- compliance with drug-free workplace policies
- ability to maintain tact, sensitivity, and professionalism at all times
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- proficient PC skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- ability to read, write, and speak English clearly
- experience operating switchboard
- previous experience with multi-line phone systems preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to maintain professionalism and sensitivity with residents and their families
Job Duties
- Perform receptionist duties
- provide clerical support to the Administrative Services Coordinator
- assist with human resources tasks
- process accounts payable
- process accounts receivable
- support payroll functions as needed
- interact professionally with residents, families, and employees
