Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • proficient PC skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • ability to read, write, and speak English clearly and understandably
  • experience with switchboard operation
  • ability to walk, stand, talk, hear, and move freely throughout the facility
  • willingness to work in a diverse, inclusive work environment
  • compliance with drug-free workplace policies
  • ability to maintain tact, sensitivity, and professionalism at all times

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • proficient PC skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • ability to read, write, and speak English clearly
  • experience operating switchboard
  • previous experience with multi-line phone systems preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to maintain professionalism and sensitivity with residents and their families

Job Duties

  • Perform receptionist duties
  • provide clerical support to the Administrative Services Coordinator
  • assist with human resources tasks
  • process accounts payable
  • process accounts receivable
  • support payroll functions as needed
  • interact professionally with residents, families, and employees
