Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • proficient PC skills
  • ability to read, write, and speak English clearly
  • ability to operate switchboard
  • previous experience with multi-line systems preferred
  • ability to walk, stand, talk, and hear
  • ability to move freely throughout facility

Job Qualifications

  • experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • strong English reading, writing, and speaking skills
  • ability to operate telephone switchboard
  • previous experience with multi-line phone systems preferred
  • excellent interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • perform receptionist duties
  • provide clerical support to the Administrative Services Coordinator
  • assist with human resources tasks
  • handle accounts payable functions
  • manage accounts receivable responsibilities
  • support payroll processing as needed
  • operate multi-line phone systems
  • communicate effectively with residents, families, and employees
  • ensure professionalism and tact in all interactions
