- high school diploma or equivalent
- proficient PC skills
- ability to read, write, and speak English clearly
- ability to operate switchboard
- previous experience with multi-line system preferred
- physical ability to walk, stand, talk, hear, and move freely throughout the facility

Job Duties
- perform receptionist duties
- provide clerical support to the Administrative Services Coordinator
- assist with human resources functions
- handle accounts payable
- manage accounts receivable
- support payroll activities as needed
- maintain communication with residents, families, and employees with tact and professionalism
