Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- proficient PC skills
- ability to read, write, and speak English in an understandable manner
- ability to operate switchboard
- previous experience with multi-line system preferred
- ability to perform physical demands including walking, standing, talking, hearing
- ability to move freely throughout facility
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- proficient PC skills
- knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- ability to read, write, and speak English clearly
- experience operating switchboard systems
- previous experience with multi-line phone systems preferred
Job Duties
- perform receptionist duties
- provide clerical support to the Administrative Services Coordinator
- assist with human resources tasks
- support accounts payable functions
- support accounts receivable functions
- assist with payroll as needed
- maintain professional interactions with residents, families, and employees
