Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly
- Ability to operate switchboard
- Previous experience with multi-line phone system preferred
- Ability to move freely throughout facility
- Ability to walk, stand, talk, and hear
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly
- Previous experience with multi-line phone systems preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work professionally with diverse groups
Job Duties
- Perform receptionist duties including managing multi-line phone systems
- Provide clerical support to the Administrative Services Coordinator
- Assist with human resources functions as needed
- Support accounts payable activities
- Support accounts receivable tasks
- Assist with payroll processing when required
- Interact professionally and tactfully with residents, families, and employees
