Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and calm under pressure
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Availability to work standard office hours
  • Willingness to undergo training and develop in the role

Job Duties

  • Performs clerical support in an efficient manner, in accordance with established procedures, and as directed by your supervisor
  • The Receptionist creates the first impression for all visitors in person as well as via phone
  • As well as provide support on administrative tasks/projects to support Business Office, Admissions, Payroll, etc
  • Displays a positive, professional image managing multiple personality types with kindness and patience
  • Serves as the first point of contact for guests and visitors in person as well as via phones
  • Effectively operates the facility phones and paging systems
  • Exhibits excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and phone lines
  • Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
