Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of related experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Job Duties
- Answer and manage a multi-line phone system
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff
- Schedule appointments and provide general information
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, typing, and organizing documents
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail and messages
- Maintain and organize office supplies
- Support the team with various administrative projects
