Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 2 years of related experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Job Duties

  • Answer and manage a multi-line phone system
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff
  • Schedule appointments and provide general information
  • Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, typing, and organizing documents
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail and messages
  • Maintain and organize office supplies
  • Support the team with various administrative projects
