Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of general office experience
- Strong computer knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent interpersonal skills such as communication with others via phone or in-person
- Excellent written communication methods, typed correspondence, handwritten correspondence
- Accurate, consistent, and detail oriented
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be able to work well independently

Job Duties
- Welcome visitors and help navigate to relevant department
- Answer direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
- Opens, sorts, and distributes incoming USPS
- Types and composes correspondence including memos, letters, minutes, labels, forms
- Maintain filing system
- Reviews all timecards for all locations
- Perform attendance recordkeeping
- Bi-weekly mailings
- Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
- Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed
- Performs other administrative duties as assigned
