Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three or more years of customer service experience preferred
  • Clear and pleasant speaking voice
  • Ability to communicate and understand English including reading and writing
  • Strong organizational ability
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Professional appearance and work ethic

  • Ability to take complete messages including names, numbers, etc
  • Ability to relay call or telephone message to correct individual
  • Possess excellent customer relations abilities

  • Cooperative attitude
  • Team-oriented
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to communicate and understand English including reading and writing
  • Spanish is a plus
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
  • Automotive terms or some background in cars or automotive industry is a plus

Job Duties

  • Answer all calls in a professional and friendly tone and screen when necessary
  • Check-in and create repair orders for service advisors and intake the vehicle
  • Assist with any and all customer service situations
  • Ensure that every customer is satisfied and happy
  • Greet customers and enter customer information into our system
  • Schedule weekly appointments accordingly
  • Understand and take note of customer complaints or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Customer follow-up and updates when needed
  • Create callback notes for service advisor
  • Consistently check email and texts for client communications
  • Support the staff
  • Check out and handle client payments accordingly
  • Make sure the front area is kept clean and presentable
