Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three or more years of customer service experience preferred
- Clear and pleasant speaking voice
- Ability to communicate and understand English including reading and writing
- Strong organizational ability
- Ability to work under pressure
- Professional appearance and work ethic

- Ability to take complete messages including names, numbers, etc
- Ability to relay call or telephone message to correct individual
- Possess excellent customer relations abilities
- Polite and courteous manner
- Cooperative attitude
- Team-oriented
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate and understand English including reading and writing
- Spanish is a plus
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Automotive terms or some background in cars or automotive industry is a plus
Job Duties
- Answer all calls in a professional and friendly tone and screen when necessary
- Check-in and create repair orders for service advisors and intake the vehicle
- Assist with any and all customer service situations
- Ensure that every customer is satisfied and happy
- Greet customers and enter customer information into our system
- Schedule weekly appointments accordingly
- Understand and take note of customer complaints or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction
- Customer follow-up and updates when needed
- Create callback notes for service advisor
- Consistently check email and texts for client communications
- Support the staff
- Check out and handle client payments accordingly
- Make sure the front area is kept clean and presentable
