Job Duties
- Serve as the main point of contact for the public community accessing DPOR services
- Operate the primary telecommunications system to direct customer calls within the agency
- Maintain the front desk lobby area ensuring a welcoming environment
- Provide administrative support to the Director’s administrative assistant during absence
- Assist the Human Resources Office with various tasks
- Manage multiple administrative duties with accuracy and attention to detail
- Collaborate with team members to support agency operations
